If you issue a refund or partial refund, then sometimes your customers will ask you to send them an updated receipt (i.e. order confirmation, in Brandibble speak).
To do this, please follow these steps:
- Go to the Order Management section of the Brandibble admin interface
- Click on the name of the relevant location
- Go to the Old Orders page
- Click the “Print” button and print the order confirmation to a PDF (you’ll see that the order confirmation includes the refunded amount and the total payment after the refund at the bottom)
- Email this PDF to your customer
And that should do it.
