How to send an updated receipt to a customer

If you issue a refund or partial refund, then sometimes your customers will ask you to send them an updated receipt (i.e. order confirmation, in Brandibble speak).

To do this, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Order Management section of the Brandibble admin interface
  2. Click on the name of the relevant location
  3. Go to the Old Orders page
  4. Click the “Print” button and print the order confirmation to a PDF (you’ll see that the order confirmation includes the refunded amount and the total payment after the refund at the bottom)
  5. Email this PDF to your customer

And that should do it.
