Our Chowly integration does two things:

1. It pushes your Open Tender menus to various third party online ordering platforms and automatically keeps your menus in sync across these platforms.

Menus are pushed whenever you regenerate your menus, so you can publish changes to the third parties at the same time you publish changes to your Open Tender site. This allows you to (a) vastly streamline your menu management process and (b) make sure your menus are consistent in all places.

In addition, we added a separate “Portal” price tier to allow you to offer different prices on third party sites.

2. It retrieves orders from these third party sites so all of your orders flow through Open Tender (and then onto your POS if you’re using one of our POS integrations).

This saves you the trouble of having to manage orders across separate tablets or having to use an additional service to scrape emails or otherwise consolidate orders in a less accurate way.

Together, these two features serve to drastically streamline your menu management process and improve order accuracy and consistency.

At the time of this writing (early May 2020), Chowly has support for GrubHub / Seamless, UberEats, DoorDash, and Postmates, and they’ll be adding Ritual and Caviar in May 2020.

If you’d like to start using this integration, please contact Chowly via their website (https://www.chowly.com/) and reference the Brandibble / Open Tender integration.
