On rare occasions, you may find that your Brandibble POS "freezes" and stops responding to taps on the screen. If this happens, you need to RELOAD the POS. Here's how to do that.

1. Hold two fingers on the screen at the same time

Use your index finger and middle finger to make two points of contact with the screen at the same time like this:

This will open up a menu that looks like this:

2. Tap the "Reload" option to reload the screen

This will refresh the page and return you to the Dashboard, where you should be able to use the buttons again. If not, please contact Brandibble Support.
