There's no way to merge two Brandibble accounts into one. Customers may reach out to you requesting to merge a work email address with a personal email address but this isn't possible. If order history is important to a customer, reach out to help@brandibble.co. 

In general, we want to make it clear to customers that once they create an account, the email address associated with it is, in a sense, locked in and can't be used with another account.
