Once you've set up House Accounts for your customers, you have to make sure that House Account is selected as a payment option for the relevant locations.

A few more things to remember:

  1. Make sure you've selected Associated Customers Only on the House Account settings page
  2. Make sure you've added your customers as admins
  3. Make sure the House Account is set to active
