Once you've set up House Accounts for your customers, you have to make sure that House Account is selected as a payment option for the relevant locations.
A few more things to remember:
- Make sure you've selected Associated Customers Only on the House Account settings page
- Make sure you've added your customers as admins
- Make sure the House Account is set to active
