Your POS integration does NOT have an impact on how customers are charged for orders placed on Brandibble. That is, in all cases, the customer's credit card is being charged on your Brandibble website before orders are sent to your POS.

As a result, when a customer requests a refund, you'll need to refund the order in both places. Once you're done processing the refund in Brandibble, follow the instructions for processing a refund on your POS.
