This article will help you make changes to a closed order. Note that once an order has been closed, you can't change the payment method.
Sometimes customers forget to add items to their orders, sometimes they want to remove items. Rather than making create new orders, Brandibble allows you to modify the order on your end so that your customers don't have to.
- Find the customer who placed the order by going to Customers and clicking on their name
- Click on Start a New Order (make sure you know exactly what they are ordering before you select this)
- Find the order you'd like to make changes to and click on Reorder (you can also start a new order entirely from scratch but clicking on reorder will save you some time if there are only small changes that need to be made)
- When you're done, make sure you refund your customer for the original order
